It is clear that the course we shall follow will fully involve the Parliament and the Council. E' chiaro che l'iter che seguiremo coinvolgerà il Parlamento ed il Consiglio. Does the Council consider this to be a course of action which should also be adopted by other institutions? Ritiene il Consiglio che questo iter debba essere adottato anche da altre istituzioni? Of course we need an impact study and we all know that this is the usual step before starting a legislative procedure. Ovviamente abbiamo bisogno di una valutazione di impatto e noi tutti sappiamo che è prassi normale prima di intraprendere un iter legislativo.
